Trouble codes help please 200

I am getting 1-1-3 (fault in injectors) 1-2-3 (fault in Engine coolant temp sensor) already replaced, and 2-2-1 (extremely rich or lean running at cruise)
Does anyone know why I'm still getting the ECT code when it has been checked out etc. I can understand why it would say the injectors and rich/lean bc they would be affected by a faulty ECT or connection etc. but what else is there to do. Thanks for any help guys, Steven 89 240 DL Wagon

sounds like it is definetly your oxygen sensor. from the other post u have written a new one is 170$. buy original volvo. you might want to check the air mass meter also which runs about 350$. both of these sensors tells how much air is coming in, while the o2 sensor measures how rich or lean you are. the same thing happened on my 90 240 good luck

i would check your oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe, causing those codes. the amm can do the same. u can check the performance of the sensor at the ecu. test at the side hole so u dont damage the connectors. u can find help on this in the faqs
