$550 dollars spent on tires 900

Thanks for all the replies on my tire post. I'm going with the Yokahoma Avid V4. A bit over budget, but it's the Volvo I'm talking about. Believe it or not my wife stopped me from putting cheap tires on. She said I needed to stop being cheap and get something I would be happy with(hence the current crappy riding tires). Taking it in to the shop in the morning. The Internet would be a better deal but I'm not a man of patience. I'll let you know how they work.

I gave my wife several choices(on Tire Rack's web pages), and, strangely enough, she chose Avid H4s for her 765. We're quite happy so far(~2K miles).
205-60X15s were only ~$330 installed.

"She said I needed to stop being cheap and get something I would be happy with..."

RED FLAG!!!

She's preparing you for something expensive that she wants.

Well she does want to make me happy. What I did was install a lift kit, new axle, yoke and tires first. That set me back about 1,200.00. So she already got what she wanted. It all balances out I guess.

Oddly enough my wife says the same thing from time to time. Usually its because she knows how much I will whine and complain about the quality if we go the cheap route. Squeeky wheel gets grease.

Yeah, and they're smart.

"Squeeky wheel gets grease..."

And no wheel means new wheel.

If you can find a cheaper price on the net, print it off and take it in. A lot of times they will match the price. It's worth a shot.
