Fuel system problem with 84, 240 200

I purchased an 84, 240 for front grill, headlights & other parts after hitting a deer with my 81, 240. The 84 is not running but the previous owner said it ran a few months ago. I decided to try my skills to get it up and running. It has spark but no fuel. I supplied fuel with an oilcan into the intake and it came to life. Both the main and fuel pump relays checked OK. Further checks revealed the main relay is not getting voltage when the starter is engaged. Can anyone direct me to the next step? The ECU is a Jetronic, Bosch 0 280 000 510. Thanks!

Look carefully at the 25 amp fuse holder it may be bad. The fuse can be okay but the holders break down. This is what happened to me....the fuse was okay but the contacts in the fuse holder were kaput. I purchased a replacement holder at Pep boys for $1.99.

    Good Luck
    Steve

Check the 25 amp fuse under hood by coil.

Fuse is good. Thanks! I have continuity from the starter to the connector at the ECU and from the ECU connector to the main relay terminal but no power to the main relay when engaging the starter. Does anyone know a source to check the ECU?
