where could my boost be leaking? 700

what are some possible places boost air could be leaking from besides the 3 hoses/intercooler line? seems like my engine isn't getting all of the 12psi that the guage registers...

I strongly encourage you to remove all of the induction hoses and clean them inside and out. Only then can you really inspect for damage. The short straight hose on the discharge side of the intercooler is particularly prone to wearing out on the underside where it cannot be seen. The reinforced rubber elbow at the throttle body wears out on the outside of the bend.

It is quite unlikely that you have an intake manifold leak.

I recently replaced my check valve, AKA delay valve. It is the red/white valve between the bypass valve and the intake manifold. It was leaking air.

I think the intake manifold gasket is a good candidate for failure especially if you are running high boost. Make sure to use the 'green' gasket it's nice and thick. Use a length of vacuum hose to 'listen' for leaks around the intake manifold or any other area for that matter. If the leak is bad you should hear it even at idle.

through EGR system if you have one.
