I just saw the most beautiful 1993 240 wagon for sale.Seafoam green,129k miles,flawless body,interior and they only want $3200.I already have 3 swedes in the driveway,but none newer than '87.
I have an appointment to see the car @6:00 so I'll know more then.
It's amazing how you can come up with $3,000 when you want something bad enough.

    Sounds like a deal--our local dealer (Hampton VA) is selling a ruby red 93 classic, 120K miles, for $7,000 (yep seven thousand US dollars). Hope it works out for you.

    Truly a rare find on our local market. I'm often the half empty type...has the car been seriously bent? Might just have scared the owner because it needs stuff remounted and rebushed. If it is a straight one, you have hit the jackpot!

      Ed, it's right on Route 1 in Wells.It was locked up tight when I looked at it today,I'll have a closer look(and ask for records)this evening.Sure looks nice though.

    My 93 Wagon is also sea foam green. I bought it for $3,800 with 128k on it. 5 months later it now has 139k. That is a great deal on a 93, Like Chris says, if it is in good shape, snatch it up! Let us know how it looks.

      Yes, super price and almost too good to be true judging by what I see on eBay and the used car papers around here! Check carefully for problems, as it's about $2000 under "market".

        IF that $3200 car was in Ohio - I'd buy it in a NYC minute, of course giving it the once over first. 91-93 240s are almost impossible to find around here for that price. Heck, I'm hoping to sell my niece's 88 740 with 160k for the same price or a bit less - I bought her a 89 240 because I could not find a 91-93 240 around Cincy.

        Volvo number 50 for me is going to be 92 or 93 240 wagon - not sure what color! LOL
