Still can't get it to crank? 200

The cam seized in my 1980 240 wagon and the timing belt stripped. I got the cam unseized and the timing belt changed, but it still won't crank. I just don't think it is getting any spark. I took the coil wire off to see if it was sparking and it was not. I am lost w/ this electrical stuff. Does anyone know how to test to see if a coil is bad or any idea of what to test and how?
Thanks. So i Keep asking so many questions. I am new to the Volvo world.

Seeing you were having all that grief with the timing belt and cam, pop off the dist cap and see if it rotates when somebody cranks it. If it is rotating see if maybe you might have knocked a wire off the coil or something...
