Hi,

Noticed that FCP Groton sells a replacement mast for the 240 for around $16--which is a good bit cheaper than my local dealer. Anyone have any experience with these? Curious as to quality, fit, and ease of installation . . .

    A little OT here, but when I got my '85 sedan it came with the power antenna motor assembly with a broken antenna. So I got the FCP part to replace it at some point and it was easy to install but I'm curious, is it supposed to stick up about 4-5" because mine does? Since I never saw the stock one I don't know. As for quality it seems great.

      Hmmm...I don't think it should extend 4-5"...the stock one runs flush with the base of the mast...not sure that helps. I'm installing the FCP Groton one tomorrow so will post results.
