Can anyone tell me what this cluster looks like or post a picture if possible?

If your 164 is a 69-72, the GT and/or Rally instrument cluster from a 140 will fit and work if you swap to a 6 cyl tachometer.

Very striking array of 6 gauges in black with yellow numbers and white needles. They are on Ebay from time to time. Exactly like the 240 R-sport gauges but with a 6 cylinder tach.
