Cold start - stall - start right back up ... 200 1983

... drive about 100 ft. to the stop sign - stall - drive another 500 ft to the next stop sign - no stall but idles kinda rough - all's OK afterwards, and HI-Ho, off to work I go. Been doing this for the past couple of weeks.

Fellow Bricksters, what could this be? A sign of trouble to come that cannot be ignored? Thanks in advance for any input.
Denny

Check your main fuel pump fuse. They get corroded on the ends, and very often cause the type of problem you are describing. A cheap fix.

Of course it could be a number of other things.
