122 brake hub and rotor used for wind power! 120-130

I found this site yesterday, and I thought you all would get a kick out of it.

If you go to the home page, there is a lot of cool info, but the wind power pages have several wind power plants made from Genuine Volvo Parts!

I must digress... them projects are my brother's work... having tons (literally) of Volvo parts kicking around, the use of a 122 hub was a natural choice. Though, he has since upgraded to 240 parts, as he seems to get 'em for free....

It is unfortunate though that he no longer has any Volvos left in his stable... well, except a clapped out 1800e that I signed over to him as a loaner (the "James Bondo mobile"), and his wife's 240 turbo...

Thanks for posting the link :-)

He must be a very ingenious fellow! I was VERY impressed with his scrounging abilities. If I'm ever in Colorado, I'd sure like to meet him.
