FCP Groton 900

Just an FYI for anyone who is interested.

I ordered some stuff from FCP Groton a few weeks ago and had it shipped 2nd day air. 2 days later an order arrived but lo, it wasn't mine. Since it was after bed time when I opened the pkg, I e-mailed FCP, outlined the problem, and went to bed. The next day, I had a reply. They overnighted the correct order to me and the driver picked up the wrong order at the same time. Problem solved.

Anyone can make a mistake, apparently, the guy whose order I got was in receipt of mine (he called me). I assume FCP took care of him in a similar manner as me. It is how people rectify mistakes that separates the wheat from the chaff. I'm here to tell you FCP Groton is wheat in my book.

Ordering from Nick at FPCG is always a breath of fresh air. Excellent service and knowledge.

I though he got my accessory belt order wrong. Naw, wasn't the case. The wrong size (Volvo) belts were installed.

Yeah, I like them too. Good job, guys! (I wish they expand the catalog to include more Volvo parts and from newer models.)

I was pleasantly surprised to learn they stock Mercedes parts -- even though there is no mention of MB parts on their web site.

Maybe they have a better selection of Volvo parts than what's listed on the site as well? (I've never asked.)

They do, they stock parts for basically every import. VW, Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Saab, M-B, BMW, even those French, Italian, and English cars!
I've been going there since before I could drive....
They also do have more than you could reasonably fit on the web site. When they are missing common items, from the site, I try to point those out so they'll add them.
There's another more complete site that they are a part of- it's one of the distributors that sells to them, and they offer everything listed there:
        www.foreigncarpartsonline.com
I'm always amazed at what they have in stock, for a small family business.
