Timing Belt for B230E?????

Looking at changing the timing belt on my 740GL. I can get the belt through my work but do know what type/style. Have not taken cam cover off yet too look at. Any help appreciated

As long as that's not a later-model 740 with a B234F, which is dual overhead cam, you can use the same belt that's used on the B21, B23, and B230 family. If you poke around on the web at Volvo parts sites, you can probably find a reference number, or Volvo part number.

Don't forget to check the integrity of the crank pulley, and the tensioner should spin freely.
