Engine Harness Question 200 1981

I have a 242 Volvo with a B21F engine and I was woundering, the two connectors that are on the firewall (gray in colour what are they. I know that the one in the right (as you face the engine) is the engine harness but I don't know what the one on the left is? does it go to the computer or what, please can some one tell me thank you.

Pretty sure that connects inside the firewall to the Fuel ECU. Might also be an O2 sensor ECU down there too, passenger footwell. It's not uncommon for that to fail, as it's exposed to the heat of the exhaust manifold.

actually there are two ecus one is for the idle motor circuit. its the black plastic with two connectors, and the the other is the lambda, or o2 sensor ecu which runs off the front temp sensor by the thermostat housing.
