Sagging foam sound deadening material at the top of the firewall... 200 1983

How do I secure or replace the sagging foam sound deadening material at the top of the firewall? Should I run a screw into the firewall?!? Or some glue stuff?

'zactly how I did it, but instead of a spray, it came from a can. Contact cement. I didn't expect it to last a month, but it stayed put last summer and through the winter (84 244).
