240 drivers seat movement

The driver's seat on my 240 tilts back a bit when i accelerate, the whole seat tilts back, not just the seat back. What is the problem and how do i fix it?

There are black plastic oval shaped guides in slots in the seat height adjustment mechanism. See if they've broken. They can be pretty fragile. Maybe you can find some good ones in a junkyard. They snap into the slots in the seat frame.
