Hi all,

I have just received my new hydraulic motor mounts and am ready to install. I would welcome any tricks or tips on making this change.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Might be good to spray the nuts with pblaster or something to loosen them up the day before.

If you have access to a lift and transmission jack, it makes it a lot easier. If not just abit more crawling around. Anything I post here would just be a repeat of the FAQ's under "Engine Mechanical". All the posts there are from, IMHO, very knowledgeable folks. Also shows there is more than one way to attack the problem, and the one that is going to work for you is the one you are most comfortable with.

If I may add two things, I would (did) change the transmission mount at the same time. You are having to jack the engine up to change the engine mounts anyway. You might want to remove the fan shroud prior to raising the engine. It will keep from messing up your fan and your sense of sanity. DAMHIK!!

    Good Luck.
