Front Seals 900 1994

I changed all three front seals because the cam was leaking. I did the job three weeks ago and about 700 miles. Every couple of day I inspected for leaks. Yesterday I now notice oil leaking from the bottom of the bottom cover onto the A/C hose.
Why would it take so long to start leaking? Short of taking completly apart, can I assume it will seal?

Kevin

Is your engine breather system clear? If not, this will certainly cause leaks in new seals, usually not immediately.

I change the Flame Trap every 20K miles. How do I test to see if it is clogged. The engine has 165K miles. Besides the Flame Trap, should something else be changed?
So, at this point I need to take the whole thing apart and see if the seal looks like it moved?

Kevin
