HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO ADJUST MY VALVES ON MY 90 760 V6? 700

Hello folks!

Does anyone know how much time and effort that is needed in order for me to adjust my valves on my 1990 760 GLE V-6? The valves are becoming slightly noisy. Sort like a fuel injector sounds but on a louder scale! In the begining during a warm up you can't hear them, but once i warm up you tend to hear them a bit. Would i have to dismantle a lot of the engine? Also once i start using the feeler guage, how much time would i need (all day, 3 hours etc)? Please your responses would be greatly appreciated!!!

Best Regards!

its pretty straight forward, but on the passenger side of the car, you'll have to move the compressor out of the way, if you have the tools and a reclaim machine you can remove the freon and remove the compressor completely, other wise you have to kinda wire it to the shock tower to hold it out of the way while you work.ive done it in 3 hours at my shop but if your doing it at home, it may be an all day job.make sure you check the cam lobes carefully, sometime the cam and rockers may be going bad. and when you adjust them theyll fail much faster.if they look like they are wearing or damaged, youll need to replace the cam and lifters.
