Can anyone tell me what size socket I will need to get a crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer off with? It's an '85 240 w/ b230f. Also, if there is any special procedure/ tips I should know about when taking the pulley off would be greatly appreciated of course. 1st time doing this. Thanks again! Michael

    Bolt head is 24mm. If you haven't read the FAQ's be sure you do before you begin.

    You will need the special tool to hold the pulley while dealing with the bolt (removal and reinstalling) or you can do the rope trick. Be sure you understand the rope trick if you use it so as not to bend any valves in the process (certainly would spoil your day...)
