Hi

I was driving my 86 V6 760 today and I found out I don't have any LH/RH turn signals or any dashboard turn signal lights. I checked the fuse for the signal lights it is alright. Does the switch stuff up on these cars can anybody give me any info on what the problem could be

might be the turn signal relay. http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/ElectricalCircuitsRelays.htm#RelayLocations give that a shot. either resolder or replace.

Hi

The relay board in my car looks like the one in the colour picture. Where is the turn signal relay located. I thought it could be the turn signal relay but I don't know which one it is

George, the color picture and the leftmost B&W picture are the same, just one is a picture and one is a diagram. :-)

As such, the turn signal one is the black one that is in between the OD relay and the Fuel Pump relay. To remove it, you may (probably will) have to remove the cigarette lighter tray above it.

My relay board in the second row of relays has fuel pump relay,foglight relay then a space then the main light relay and the O/D relay it doesn't have a relay in the middle is there any where else it could be

Yes, someone else recently had a turn signal problem and I believe it was mentioned that the relay is actually in the turn signal stalk itself... If that is the case, I have no idea how to access it then unfortunately. Sorry! Hope someone replies tomorrow morning.

I solved the problem. Yesterday I had a fuel pump relay fail I needed to remove the relay to the right of the fuel pump relay to remove and refit the fuel pump relay and I put the turn signal relay in the wrong socket (fog lights socket) the turn signals and emergency signals now all work
