B20 valve sizes

I know the B20E head has bigger valves. Can someone tell me what standard size is, what the E head size is, and is there anything better for my 'fast road' rebuild?

    Exhaust valves are all 35mm OD.
    Carbed intake valves are 42mm
    FI intake valves are 44mm
    I think you can buy 46mm valves but have never felt the need.
