O2 Sensor 700 1989

Can anyone verify that a Walker 250-2319 is the correct O2 sensor for an 89 B230FT? oxygensensors.com maintains it is and sells for $69.99.

Where is it located on the car?

thanks

Mark

You can get a 3-wire Bosch O2 sensor for a Ford 302 for about $40 at your local parts store (it's exactly the same sensor, just a different plug). Cut off the Ford connector, cut off the Volvo connector, then connect the wires from the Volvo connector to the new sensor and you're in business. If you buy the "generic" sensor, you have to do the same thing anyway.

This way, you save a bundle, and it's an OEM replacement.

Just my 2-cents. (Arguably worth that!)
