Hi everyone. So we're now selling one of our three 240s, the '82 245 DL. I'm not sure what it really worth, I see prices all over the place for these cars. It's an auto, 234k+ miles, running, noisy fuel pump (main under car one), new intank pump, newer mufflers, newer tires, couple scratches with minor dents on two of the doors, pretty clean inside, pretty clean outside. We've had it since '88. Not currently smogged, non-op registration since we haven't used it for some time.
So what's the consensus on what it's worth? Anyone interested (Northern CA).

Hmm, guess there's not a lot of interest for it around here- only have it listed in one place, but for $700 with no interested. Guess we need to list it other places. Thanks everyone.

I sold my '82 245DL last summer for a grand. Good exterior, Coronas, one year old rebuilt trans, two years on the engine, roof rack, interior very clean, new stereo and good seats with no splits.

I just got my 1985 245ti with bad paint, no body damage, good 134K engine, and good interior for $1500. My friend just sold his 87 245 180K, with wheels, good paint good engine, and good interior for $2300. I think unless you sold the car to a good DIY or mechanic the car will go for a lot less because of the noisy main fuel pump. They are not cheap to fix. I would guess you could get $1500-$2000 for the car.

I just gave $300 for a '81 GLT 275K. Interior rough, a few dings, Virgos. runs great. I think If I cleaned it up really nice and went to a place where there's a high demand for Volvos, I might get a grand for it.
