arghh Vacuum hoses.. urgent help please 200

I am going nuts!
All these vacuum hoses are so confusing! If anyone can help me... i have a B23e, and hoses everywhere. The picture below is a diagram of my intake manifold (ignore the arrow). And i urgently need to find out..

1. which one is going to the fuel pressure regulator
2. which one i can put a 'T' in to plumb in a vacuum gauge

also.. the hose closest to the front of the picture (which goes to a little red thing on the engine block) is cracked and not looking healthy...

Any help would be awesome... i fear i might just go irreversibly crazy.
Cheers
Chris

Thats a Kjet intake isn't it? IF it is there is no vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator. There is one to the control pressure regulator. I don't think is matters where it is conncected to the manifold. The important thing is that I think it needs a delay valve in the line (its a little black thing). I'm not sure about because I have the newer type of CPR that does not have vacuum lines to it. the big line you are asking about is the crankcase ventillation hose I think. You should replace it if its cracked and clean the oil trap while you are at it (the red thing on the block). You should be able to plug a vacuum gage in wherever it is convienent.
