The copper film on my brake light is worn through (it looks like), thus my right brake light does not work. I have tried putting a copper wahser over it to re-establish connection, but it did not work. In the FAQ section, someone said to use "conductive epoxy" and nowhere in this area has anyone even heard of the stuff. Anyone have a temporary fix, I am going on a business trip tomorrow.

    sometimes one of my brake lights will go out. its usually fixed (for me) by taking the wiring connector/clip off, fitting it back on carefully and and a jiggle. i HATE those taillight problems! Michael

    Try these for a temporary or permanent fix. Bend the tabs out just a little and don't turn the bulb holder as far to get a new connection. Also try pulling the long rectangular connector out just a little. You will have to wiggle it a little. Both of these have worked before. You can also get a new circuit board for about 25us.
