my bolts are falling out?? 700

Ive got an 85 765 turbo with the upgraded garret T03 watercooled turbo, and only 10k miles on it, a factory rebuild. Ive had the weirdest problem with the compressor housing bolts backing out, and one even fell out, and the hiss from the turbo (not to mention the lack of boost) is driving me nuts! Ive put blue locktite on the bolts, (i may not have had the threads clean) and i have the same problem. Any one have any suggestions? Ive seen on some aftermarket turbos a peice that goes over the compressor housing clamps, another plate, shaped just like the clamp, but its a lock and special bolts go with it that are notched on the mating surfaces so they dont unscrew. anyone seen theese?? if so where can i get them, or what kind of locktite should i use, im kinda hesitant to use the red, cause if i ever have to take the housing off, i dont want to strip the holes. Thanks in advance for any help!!
Mark

Even the highest grade of Locktite is good only to 450ºF, and most fails before 400ºF. Get the lock plates and bend the ears up around the flats on the bolt heads.

I re-used the existing ones that were on the Garrett T3 when I replaced the turbo cartridge. Maybe Volvo, or a turbo rubuilder near you.
