Hi! I'm just getting used to the 1966 122 Automatic I bought last week. The owners manual says to use Type A ATF. I can't find anything remotely similar to "Type A" in the local auto parts stores. Is there some modern equivalent? What do other people use?

    I have been using "B&M Trick Shift" high performance automatic transmission fluid. It has a high tolerance for heat and is non-foaming. It works with all makes of automatic transmission and I am completely satisfied.
