Spark Plugs: Volvo or Plus 2/4 better? 900 1996

Are the Bosch Platinum Plus 2 or Plus 4 plugs really any better than the Volvo plugs?

I have used Bosch platinum+4 on 91 745 N/A (not turbo) and they did fine,
lasted 3-4 years and 70K with no signs of wear (for 5.00 Ea they should)!

I use OEM copper spark plugs in my '91 945 turbo, seems turbos do better
with standard copper.

Years ago I played with many different brands & designs in my Porsche and honestly could never see a bit of difference in any of them. Now I just stick with the OEM stuff.

I've got the Volvo multi-electrode guys in my car now with about 40K miles on them and have no issues. Car pulls to the "red-line" with no hint of a miss and idles smoothly.
