Reset Check Engine Light on 91 245 200

I unplugged my AMM while the 91 wagon was running to test rough idle problem and plugged it back in and now my check engine light is on and I have been looking in the 700/900 fax and I can't find the reset for that rig.

Help please.

Thanks, lenny

Lower right corner of instrument panel. Little black stem protrudes about 14mm.
With small pointed object, such as a paperclip unrolled, push the center of the stem inward about 8mm. You should hear or feel the lever reset. If no success, try several times. Otherwise you will need to pull the dash or crawl underneath to get to the reset button behind the panel.

That's for the Service light- the check engine is reset through the computer connector under the hood, RF. I don't remember the reset procedure off hand however. It involves plugging in the jumper in socket A and pressing the button but I haven't got the sequence here with me.

Soory about that lenny, was skimming to fast. Rob's correct, either disconnect the neg terminal on the battery, or use the OBD-I to reset it. BAttery is quicker.
