Should my 1995 945 have daytime running lights? I just installed a new headlight switch(all lights were on all the time in the off postion)from FCP Groton part number 1362699. With the switch in the off position, I do not have any lights. I thought all 1995s had DRLs.

One of my dash a/c vents will not adjust side to side. How do you get these vents out so you can replace/fix them?

    If you look at the bottom right side of the headlight switch you will notice a small set screw. This is your DRL switch. (It is on my 965 and V70). Your owners manual should also have this.

      Vents are prised out carefully with a small flat screwdriver. If I remember rightly the side of each vent closest to the centre of the dash has a metal spring washer where it swivels vertically.Gently place the screw driver on the side of this washer and lever out.

          Dunno about the vents, but the DRLs are run off a wire from the alternator in my car (red wire) mine failed and I found this wire was broken.
