new tranny for 240 200 1980

i have a 1980 240 wagon w/ a 3 spd. would it be possible to exchange the tranny with a four speed automatic? i think the engine is a b21.

Yes, quite possible. Get an AW70 or AW71. Get the corresponding driveshaft, too. Oh, and the wiring and relay for the overdrive.
