Just failed emmissions. Just barley over allowable on HC and CO. A little high on NOX. Pressure test failed I found I have a leaky fuel neck hose.Would this be the culprit? What would cause me to fail but just barely. I am thinking O2 sensor?

    The first thing I would do would be to blame the test equipment. HC, CO and NOX can not all be high. Basic rule of cumbustion. I suppose that a failing cat might contribute.
