Does anyone have the torque values for the thrust rod bolts? (both the front end rod-to-wishbone bolt, and the rear end frame anchor bolt/nut)

70 ft-lbs should do it. Check the faq, tighten the bolt on the lower control arm only with the wheels on the ground. The bushings need to be tight at their resting position not hen the wheels are in the air.
