If i had managed to snap off the bleed screw on my front caliper -speaking totally hypothetically you understand- and wanted to drill/tap the broken screw out, what would be the appropriate size tap to use?

    Try using an easy-out first. You don't want to drill too deep and completely ruin the caliper. I had managed to snap a bleeder on the front and using a little penetrating oil and an easy-out worked nicely. Best of luck.

      What's an "easy out". Is it the same as a screw extractor?
