Idle speed will fluctuate 200 1983

This 83 Turbo is fluctuating when it comes to a stop. It doesn't happen when the car is first started but does when it's warm. I checked the Constant Idle Speed motor is I can feel the motor working. Is there as relay I'm unaware of? I'm not sure about the vacuum hoses other that the ones connected to the CIS Motor. I don't know which ones would affect the idle. Any helpwill be appreciated.

This is a condition called "hunting for idle". Two things come to mind:
    1. vacuum leaks in the intake system. Check for those.
    2. wiring harness crumbling insulation. Check at the grey connector in front of the driver's side firewall.
    buena suerte,

Good ideas from Raidman. I started checking for vacuum leaks and found these mechanics tricks seem to work. Pinch off each hose including the one that goes to the break power booster. Spray either water or WD 40 on the hoses after the pinch test. A change in rev's was found because of hardened hoses or my problem the inside bellows of the power boost. And yes the wiring harness. Don't be too rough. It's brittle and movment makes it worse.
