Looking at possibly buying a 1994-950? turbo plain jane- cloth seats(not heated) Florida car 71K miles, 2.3 L any certain problems that I should be aware of? any info would be helpful. Are the turbos a lot of extra work to maintain? Thanks

A '94 940 turbo is one of (if not the) best RWD Volvos you can find. There are a couple of wear items associated w/the turbos, but if the service records look good and there aren't any problems with the car that you're uncomfortable with, snap it up! Don't know what the price is, but I wouldn't find $8000-9000 unreasonable for a well-maintained car, esp. at that mileage. Check out the FAQ for info on what to look for, but all in all you can't really find a better used car.
