Cleaning leather seats 200 1985

I'm replacing my carpet ($125.00). I removed the seats. If I wash them in warm soapy water what can I apply to the leather (tan) to bring out the texture of the leather??? Thanks.

Sincerely,

Hugh W.

Try a leather cleaner rather than soap and water. Then use a leather conditioner to soften the leather. I'm not sure about bringing out the texture, but this should make them much nicer to sit on.

Use saddle soap to clean and a good leather conditioner. Both can be found at shoe repair stores. I have seen leather treatment products at Autozone,Pep Boys, Advanced Auto, etc. also.....My seats unfortunately did not receive either from the previous owner....

Get Lexol! 200 1985

Lexol makes a cleaner and conditioner that can be found at tack shops, leather goods stores, and sometimes a car parts store. Excellent product.
