stalling upon starting to move 200 1991

After you start this car, and you shift into gear, the car stalls out when you start to give it gas. I have done a tuneup, cleaned the throttle body, and cleaned and checked the idle motor.
What could be wrong here? Is there a way to increase the idle?

    I had a similar situation with a '90 model 240. After swapping parts (me and a moron mechanic.. maybe we were both morons) I took it to a Volvo guru in my area. Wolfgang (no kidding) had a spare computer for the fuel injection that he swapped into the car, and that fixed the problem. At the time, the car was 4.9 years old with 48K miles, and the computer was under warranty (no kidding). I hope this isn't the problem with yours, but there are a lot of '91 models in the junkyards, to pilfer that part off.
