Power Steering Fluid Change 900

I just followed the procedure found in the FAQ for the above in my '94 940 b230. With the front end raised and turning the wheel the PS seems normal. Upon road testing, when turning the wheel, the PS seems as if low on fluid. I assume there is air now in the system. At one point while draining/filling I did not keep up with the draining and did "suck-some-air". Will it be required to some kind of bleeding procedure or will it just work it self out over some time?
Kevin

It should bleed air if you merely turn the wheels lock to lock (gently, at the locks) about ten-fifteen times while the engine is running.

You need to raise the front end back up and turn the wheels back and forth while the engine is running until bubbles stop appearing in the reservoir. You may have to do this a hundred times...no joke. It's an incentive to watch the fluid level while your're changing it...

Is their a problem to lift the vehicle by the cross member where the rack&pinon is housed, just in front of the oil drain plug???
