Removing 780 Headrests 700

Okay...

Another seat question. How do you remove the front headrests on the 780. People say it's the same as the 740 but I've tried everything. I can't seem to find the two "buttons". The leather is much tighter in the section where they are in the 740. Do I need to lift up the leather to find them or is it totally different. The headrests are the height adjustable ones if that makes any difference.

    Removing 780 Headrests 700

    The headrest "posts" on the 780 have rachets on one side of them. Each post needs to be rotated 180 degrees ( I forget if it's to the front or back--just turn them opposite of what they are ) and then they should just pull out..put them back in and rotate each back again..however, the last time I did this to mine (in a big flippin hurry) I must have gotten one set of rachets forward and one backward when I slammed the headrest down and now it's stuck. Anyone know of another release mechanism?
