Help Locating a Replacement Fuel Line 200 1982

I'm looking for a replacement fuel line for a 1982 Volvo 240, B21F Engine with Bosh K-Jetronic fuel injection. The line is a short flexible section which runs from the fuel accumulator (located on tray under rear seat of car) to a solid fuel line attached to the bottom of the floor pan. The line is about 10 inches long and has fittings on each end. I've checked with FCP Groton and they said it was not available. Sweedish Engineering says there is a repair kit from Volvo. Anybody know of a source for this line? Thanks !!

I have an '82 240 GL wagon. I suspect the hose is very similar to the one I just replaced.

Even though there is a fitting on both ends of the flexible hose, the fitting are really couplings so that you can unscrew the hose from the fuel line. The fitting to the hose is pressed in hard into the flexible fuel line.

This flexible fuel line is an odd fule line in that it hase a semi rigid core, which is the hose, and a fat spongy out layer to act as a stress relief.

I just cut off the hose using pliers, knife, and a soldering iron to get the hose off of the fitting. And then I replaced it with standard bulk automotive fuel line from my local store. Added a screw clamp to each end and reinstall on the car. Fine, fine fine.

You need not remove the screw fitting from the car, and you may not be able to anyway. That's why I needed a soldering iron to melt the plastic inner hose off. Be careful, because fuel is extremely flammible. Maybe you can use nail clippers to clip off the inner core. It is very hard, but does melt.

Thanks for the suggestion Wynn! Sounds like it's the same hose. Mine is not actually leaking but the outer covering has split. The inner core seems to be in reasonable shape. I have the hose off the car so your suggested repair shouldn't be too difficult.
