1978 door guts interchangable with 77 200 1978

I have a 77 245 wagon parts car. Does the rear drivers side window interchange with a newer style of 78 245. I have been told one door is put on with allen scrues and the other phillips and that makes a differance, maybe the window is different? Thanks for your help if you have some insight or referance. Bob T-2

The door locks and trim pieces changed over the years but all 240 door glass is identical. The 78 will fit the 77. That includes front as well.
