Warm start seem rougher than cold start, why? 200 1990

When I start the engine in the morning it seems to start easier then when I drive it for 20 min to 1 hr then let it sit for 10 minutes. When I start it then the engine actually rocks hard and just does not start as quickly sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times before it starts.

Any answers?

Read out the fault codes right after that occurs. Your symptoms are indicative of a bad crank position sensor. They tend to act up (at first) when warm.
