940 to 960 bonnet conversion 900 1991

Is it possible to convert the shorter bonnet (hood) of a 940 to the 960 type which sits above the level of the wipers? If so what would have to be changed?

I think it would take a lot of part swaping in the area under the windshield. Only real way to know would be to get the parts lists and compare numbers. You could find information to get a parts list at http://www.kencook.com/vcna/volvo.html
