whats a good price on a complete block 200 1982

my bolbo that i had puchased for 50 bucks lasted me about 20,000 miles finally let go. i plan on resurecting it. i found a complete with 166,000 mi. for 300 beans, that runs mint. good deal or not. also i am pretty handy and was wondering how much of a job its gonna be and will i need any funky tools, you know like homemade bent wrenches and stuff like that. i would like to add also that they are great cars that deserve more respect, woohoo!

I pulled the engine in my 78 and found it to be a relatively easy job. No special tools.

Sounds OK, try to bargain anyway. Are you sure it's the same engine as yours? Different FI will lead to slightly different holes and stuff. As far as tools, nothing special-that's why I like them, Even looked at a benz??!!
