960 dashboard "service" light 900 84

does anyone know how to turn this dashboard service light off on a 94 - 960? I'm having the car serviced by an independent shop now that the warranty is expired.

    There is a rubber plug on the lower part of the spedo cover. Remove it and push the button behind it.
