Dome light switches.Can they be made to work like new with some cleanin or something easy like that 200 76&82

Can these be purchased new from one of my local Vulvu dealers?

Being Cheap, can we just clean the switch up to make them work like they should?

Has anyone bought these items new before? If so how much were they?
