Will 85 wagon windshield fit 87 sedan?... 700 87

I found a perfect windshield in a junkyard in a 85 740 gl wagon. I want to put it in my 87 740 turbo sedan. For $40 bucks I hope I can.

Itīs the same windshield in 740/940 sedans and wagonīs but 760 -88 and newer,960 -91 and newer will not fit 740/940 and vice versa.

Well, I would be very surprised if Volvo, famous for changing nothing without a good reason, decided to use two different windshields in the same model line when nothing else was changed.
