How many 1975 still on the road? 200 1975

I am wondering how many of the 1975 240's are still on the road. I don't see any of the large single headlights here in Oklahoma, but then again I don't see many Volvo's at all. Post a message if you have one running or know of one. I guess I want to know just how rare my beast really is.

Present and accounted for. mine is not on the road right now due to a blown head gasket, and scarce parts availability. will be on in less than a week.... '75 245DL w/ 112,000 miles. green. auto. B20. -Rob (york PA)

While we're rebuilding the engine from his 242GT, my son is presently using a 1975 245DL which I bought a while back for $35. It was originally destined as a parts donor but its too good to wreck. Replaced the water pump, exhaust bits and head gasket. Plus a battery and a set of alloys with new tyres from another 240 which was given to us (!) Total cost to date is around $200 and it runs like a charm. Its no rocketship though.
