Where'd you get your stuff? Obviously not IPD. Would really like to know because I'm wanting to put these on my 245DL.

Solid or vented rotors?

I paid $310 delivered for a set of new Bilsteins last January, which is the best price I ever found.

Re: how much u guys pay for parts?Bilsteins from where? 200 1984

I didn't mention it because I didn't think it would help much. I bought mine through carparts.com, which recently merged with JC Whitney, and I used a first time buyer coupon through importhookup.com. The discount was 33% off, up to $100, so the regular price of $389.20/set from carparts.com was lowered to $289.20, plus $17.82 for shipping and $1.95 for handling, for a grand total of $308.97. I'm not sure how the merge will affect their pricing, and I haven't seen the 33% off coupon being offered lately. When I used it, they were giving that discount for 3 days only, so it may have been a one time deal.

The last time I checked, the regular price from shox.com was $349/set for Bilsteins.

thanks for your reply. i did the same about 8-10 months ago and linked thru Coolsavings.com for a great deal (i can't remember how much off but it was a lot). did not know about the merger, but i doubt i'll be able to get the deals that i had thru carparts.com.

<> Hi, Hodad! You can use the money to buy me a new a/c compressor and a Power Steering rack.... Sounds like you'll still have money left over! where are you finding great deals like that?
